Like new paperback which features the signatures of both Wes Anderson (very small, but excellent legible signature in black ink) & Noah Baumbach  (in blue ink) on the bottom of the title page. 
 
Book is like new and this is the only signed copy of this edition I've ever seen.
A truly rare item for a serious Wes Anderson fan.
